Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer worldwide, but the good news is that it’s also one of the most preventable and treatable—when detected early.

Everyone. But factors like age (50+), family history, diet, lifestyle, and certain medical conditions can increase the risk.
🔹 How can you reduce your risk?
✅ Regular screenings (starting at 45 or earlier if at high risk)
✅ A fiber-rich diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables
✅ Staying active and maintaining a healthy weight
✅ Limiting alcohol and quitting smoking
🔹 Why screening matters:
Colorectal cancer often develops silently, with no symptoms in its early stages. Colonoscopies and stool-based tests can detect precancerous polyps before they turn into cancer. Early detection saves lives!
